Job Summary

Proactive and detail-oriented, the full-time HR Talent Scout will manage recruitment activities, enhance HR operations, and foster employee engagement in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, post, and optimize job openings while managing application and screening processes
  • Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements and conduct initial candidate screenings
  • Present job offers to successful candidates and develop HR procedures aligned with company policies
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1-2 years in a similar HR or recruitment role
  • Experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
  • Background in performance coaching
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills
