Job Summary

Proactive and ownership-driven, the full-time HR Talent Scout will lead recruitment efforts and support HR operations remotely, focusing on refining processes, enhancing candidate experiences, and fostering strong employee relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, post, and optimize job openings while managing application and screening processes
  • Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements and conduct initial screening calls
  • Present job offers to successful candidates and explore new tools to enhance recruitment processes
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1-2 years in a similar HR or recruitment role
  • Experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
  • Background in performance coaching
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
