Job Summary

Proactively leading recruitment efforts, the full-time HR Talent Scout will manage sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes while optimizing HR operations in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, post, and optimize job openings while enhancing candidate engagement
  • Conduct initial screening calls and collaborate with managers to define role requirements
  • Develop and document HR procedures and manage onboarding processes for new hires
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment roles
  • Background in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
  • Experience in performance coaching
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills
