Job Summary
Proactively leading recruitment efforts, the full-time HR Talent Scout will manage sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes while optimizing HR operations in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, post, and optimize job openings while enhancing candidate engagement
- Conduct initial screening calls and collaborate with managers to define role requirements
- Develop and document HR procedures and manage onboarding processes for new hires
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment roles
- Background in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
- Experience in performance coaching
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills
