Job Summary

Proactive and detail-oriented, the full-time HR Talent Scout will lead recruitment efforts and support HR operations remotely, focusing on enhancing candidate experiences and optimizing recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, post, and optimize job openings while managing application and screening processes
• Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements and conduct initial candidate screenings
• Present job offers to successful candidates and manage onboarding processes for new hires

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR or recruitment role
• Background in recruitment with experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
• Experience in performance coaching
• Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
