Job Summary

Proactive and ownership-driven, the full-time HR Talent Scout will lead recruitment efforts and support HR operations remotely, focusing on refining processes, enhancing candidate experiences, and fostering employee relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, post, and optimize job openings while managing application and screening processes
• Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements and conduct initial candidate screenings
• Present job offers to successful candidates and manage onboarding processes for new hires

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in HR or recruitment roles
• Background in recruitment, including experience in screening and interviewing candidates
• Experience in performance coaching
• Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
