Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Team Coordinator to support its Human Resources and Executive teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records in the HRIS system
  • Administer employee benefits programs and manage payroll-related tasks
  • Coordinate internal communications and support executive scheduling and meeting organization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of HR assistant experience preferred
  • Highly proficient with Google Workspace, MS Excel, and Word
  • Experience with HRIS systems, especially Rippling, is helpful
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
