Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Team Coordinator to support its Human Resources and Executive teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records in the HRIS system
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage payroll-related tasks
- Coordinate internal communications and support executive scheduling and meeting organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of HR assistant experience preferred
- Highly proficient with Google Workspace, MS Excel, and Word
- Experience with HRIS systems, especially Rippling, is helpful
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
