Job Summary

To support a growing HR team, the remote HR Team Lead will manage recruitment processes, develop HR strategies, and enhance employee satisfaction while ensuring accurate payroll processing.

Key responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the recruitment and selection process, with hands-on involvement in recruiting for specific roles
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and provide coaching to enhance employee satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate payroll processing and prepare reports of payroll transactions on a monthly basis
Required qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR and technical recruitment, including 2 years in remote role recruiting
  • Prior experience in payroll and benefits-related activities
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion
  • Expertise in local employment legislation is a significant advantage
  • Demonstrated tenacity and positive drive to complete tasks and seek solutions
