Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Technology Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the design, development, testing, and maintenance of custom Workday reports and dashboards
Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend, design, and deploy custom reports for HR metrics and insights
Support data integrity, compliance, and system updates related to HR reporting and analytics

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in computer science, information systems, human resources, or related field
2-3 years of professional experience in data administration and analysis
Working knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, and legal principles
Proficiency in Workday, MS Suite (especially Excel), and data visualization
Experience with business process analysis, auditing, and system integrations
