Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Technology Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design, development, testing, and maintenance of custom Workday reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend, design, and deploy custom reports for HR metrics and insights
  • Support data integrity, compliance, and system updates related to HR reporting and analytics

Required Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in computer science, information systems, human resources, or related field
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in data administration and analysis
  • Working knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, and legal principles
  • Proficiency in Workday, MS Suite (especially Excel), and data visualization
  • Experience with business process analysis, auditing, and system integrations
