Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Technology Analyst II (100% Virtual/Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between internal/external client groups and the IT technical team
Translate business needs into functional specifications and assist in documenting technical requirements
Analyze HR processes and make recommendations for improvements using technology

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

Bachelor's degree in IT systems or related field, or equivalent experience
2 years of Workday experience required
Experience with enterprise Human Capital Management tools
Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
Knowledge of current trends and strategies in HR technology
