HR Technology Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the administration and optimization of HR technology, the full-time remote HR Technology Analyst will manage system configuration, reporting, and integrations while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HR technology applications, including system configuration and workflows
• Develop and validate reports and dashboards to meet operational and compliance needs
• Support enterprise integrations and troubleshoot production issues through root cause analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted
• 2-4 years of experience supporting enterprise HRIS or HR technology platforms
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS applications such as Workday or ADP
• Proficiency in developing reports and validating data integrity
• Experience with APIs, SFTP file transfers, and system integrations
