Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time HR Technology Associate will support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems and processes remotely, assisting with performance review processes, reporting, and day-to-day operational support across HR technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support for HR systems, including UKG and Lattice, ensuring system maintenance and user assistance
  • Partner with HRBPs to administer performance review cycles and lead training sessions in Lattice
  • Develop ad hoc HR reports and conduct regular data audits to maintain accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS support, or HR technology
  • Experience with HR systems such as UKG and/or Lattice preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with HR data reporting
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
