HR Technology Business Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Legal Business Systems Analyst specializing in Human Resources, this role will manage the HR technology ecosystem, primarily focusing on the UKG platform, while driving system optimization, process improvement, and analytics to enhance the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for HR technology systems, including UKG Pro HCM and related platforms
- Lead HR technology initiatives and enhancement projects from planning through implementation and ongoing support
- Develop and automate reporting and analytics to support strategic decision-making and operational effectiveness
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of relevant experience supporting HR technology platforms
- Direct experience administering UKG Pro or comparable UKG platforms
- Law firm or professional services experience preferred
- Strong understanding of business process design and workflow automation
