HR Technology Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Technology Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point-of-contact for technical HR system issues, troubleshooting and improving system efficiencies
• Assist with testing and implementing HR system upgrades, resolving issues, and performing scheduled activities
• Collaborate with business users to document requirements for HR system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment)
• 4 years of experience with HRIS system optimization
• 2 years of project management experience with demonstrated skills
• Ability to design business processes and align systems to support customer needs
• Workday experience preferred, with emphasis on employee experience and optimization
