HR Technology Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Technology Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement a technology strategy and roadmap for end-to-end HR technology to deliver an effective employee experience
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple HR functions to link HR business strategy with technology
• Analyze market and technology trends to identify opportunities for new ideas applicable to the business

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Oracle HCM with knowledge of multiple modules
• Strong project-based experience managing multiple high-complexity HR projects simultaneously
• Understanding of Business Process Management and ability to conduct business analysis
• Solid understanding of HR processes, terminology, and best practices
• Working knowledge of Human Resources functions
