HR Technology Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, HR Technology (Workday).

Key Responsibilities

• Manages human resource systems and oversees HRIS projects and team members
• Recommends system design and configuration to align with strategic goals
• Ensures data integrity, system security, and effective reporting while serving as a liaison between users and technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of progressive functional and technical experience in Workday
• Experience managing or supervising employees
• Experience implementing and administering HR systems, particularly Workday HRM
• Experience in quantitative HRIS analysis with a strong aptitude for data analytics and reporting
