Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager HR Technology to oversee HR systems and ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of HR systems and ensure data integrity
- Lead system enhancements and provide training and support to users
- Identify and implement process improvements in HRIS systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field
- Minimum five to seven years of hands-on system administration experience
- Experience managing HRIS systems, preferably UKG
- 1-2 years of formal people leadership experience preferred
- Expertise in HRIS report writing and data analysis using Excel and Cognos
