Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager HR Technology to oversee HR systems and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of HR systems and ensure data integrity
  • Lead system enhancements and provide training and support to users
  • Identify and implement process improvements in HRIS systems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field
  • Minimum five to seven years of hands-on system administration experience
  • Experience managing HRIS systems, preferably UKG
  • 1-2 years of formal people leadership experience preferred
  • Expertise in HRIS report writing and data analysis using Excel and Cognos
