Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Technology Manager responsible for overseeing the organization's HR technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business growth
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned HR technology platforms and ensure optimal utilization
• Lead and develop HRIS Analysts while balancing operational support with project work

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field
• 7+ years of HR technology/HRIS experience, including 3 years in a lead or manager role
• Hands-on experience with multiple HR platforms across the employee lifecycle
• Strong understanding of HR processes, system configuration, and automation
• Proven ability to lead through change in a fast-paced environment
