Job Summary
Providing operational support to the Talent Development & Associate Engagement HR Technology team, the full-time FLEX Manager, HR Technology will resolve escalated learning platform support tickets and migrate WhatFix in-tool-support content to Knowledge Base articles.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Learning support tickets while providing advanced user support
- Author and format Knowledge Base articles based on existing WhatFix content and ensure accuracy and usability
- Coordinate with technical teams on complex issue resolutions and recommend process improvements based on ticket trends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR technology, learning platforms, or enterprise system support
- Experience with ticketing systems and escalation workflows
- Knowledge management or content migration experience
- Strong customer service orientation and collaborative approach to work
