HR Technology Manager
Job Summary
Leading the HR Technology function, the full-time remote HR Technology Manager will oversee HR systems, analytics, and technology projects while managing a team of analysts to ensure systems are optimized and aligned with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage HR technology projects, timelines, and resources, ensuring end-to-end delivery and alignment with business needs
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent, and IT leadership to align technology initiatives with business strategy
- Mentor HRIS Analysts, prioritize work streams, and enhance user experience and data integrity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information services, Human Resource Administration (with an IS minor), or equivalent experience
- At least three years of people management experience
- Advanced Workday configuration, security, reporting, and tenant management skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Proven track record in business analysis, project management, and process improvement
