Job Summary

Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time remote HR Technology Operations Specialist will support the administration of HR systems, assist with employee lifecycle processes, and deliver high-quality shared services to enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer HR systems, including data updates, testing, and first-level support for inquiries
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR transactions while ensuring data integrity
  • Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR shared services delivery through ticketing systems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or a related role
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
