A company is looking for a Manager, HR Technology Platforms to oversee the technical execution and management of HR technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Workday engineering lifecycle, including configuration, automation, and integrations
• Manage legacy HR technology applications and oversee their decommissioning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS or IT application delivery, preferably with Workday
• Proven ability to lead system enhancements and automation
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems architecture and HR data models
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including HR and IT
• Familiarity with agile methodologies is preferred
