A company is looking for an HR Technology Product Manager - Workday Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and support HR initiatives to enhance employee experience and business processes
Lead the development and execution of the strategic technology roadmap for Workday Total Rewards
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements and implement impactful HR solutions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in leading HR Technology Product projects and teams
3+ years of experience with Workday Advanced Compensation
High School diploma or GED
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
Experience with project management methodologies and strong knowledge of HR processes and practices
