HR Technology Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading complex, enterprise-wide HR technology programs, the contract HR Technology Program Manager will manage end-to-end program delivery focused on Workday and related HR systems while working remotely for a duration of six months.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee program delivery including planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder communications
- Partner with HR, IT, and business leadership to define requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions
- Establish program governance, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in HR technology processes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in IT and/or HR Program Management
- Proven experience with Workday architecture, Business Processes, and enterprise system transformations
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and engaging with executive stakeholders
- Hands-on familiarity with HR Shared Services and HR process automation initiatives
