Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. HR Technology Specialist to support the Workday user community and maintain the security of the Workday platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Support areas of Workday, including Compensation and Time/Attendance
- Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving user queries related to Workday
- Perform administrative functions for Workday and assist with system enhancement releases
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
- 3+ years of back-end experience on the Workday platform, particularly in Compensation and Time/Attendance
- 3-5 years of relevant Human Resources work experience
- Knowledge of Workday Security and experience with Custom Reports
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with skills in pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
