Job Summary
Providing frontline production support for enterprise HR technology systems, the contract HR Technology Support Analyst will manage support requests, perform issue triage, and ensure a seamless user experience while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technology support requests involving enterprise HR systems and business applications
- Monitor support queues to ensure timely response and resolution of incidents and service requests
- Perform ticket intake, triage, categorization, prioritization, and documentation using established support processes
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a production support or application support environment
- Experience supporting HR Technology platforms, with preference for Oracle HCM and/or ServiceNow
- Understanding of Incident Management, Request Management, and IT support best practices
- Experience working with ticket management systems such as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or Jira
- Experience performing issue triage, ticket prioritization, and production support activities
