Job Summary

Managing a centralized HR Transactions Services team, the full-time salaried HR Transaction Services Manager will oversee high-volume HR ERP transactions, lead a group of HR Data Coordinators, and ensure accurate and timely processing of human resources data while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee HR Data Coordinators by managing workloads and assigning daily responsibilities to ensure timely and accurate outcomes
• Drive high-quality customer service standards and coach the team to achieve compliance and accuracy
• Analyze trends in issues and inquiries, monitor team performance, and implement process improvements based on customer feedback

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field
• Five years of experience in Human Resources, reporting, or systems
• Outstanding customer service skills and a high degree of professionalism
