Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, the full-time HR Transformation Manager will modernize the People Experience function by optimizing workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving strategic change management in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and execute HR transformation initiatives to improve scalability, efficiency, and employee experience
  • Identify gaps and opportunities across HR processes and design future-state operational frameworks
  • Manage organizational change efforts, including stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Seven or more years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience in leading HR transformation or large-scale change management projects
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, organizational design, and workforce processes
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
