Job Summary
Supporting strategic HR transformation initiatives, the contract HR Transformation Project Manager will coordinate activities, maintain project documentation, and facilitate stakeholder communication while working fully remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of HR transformation and business improvement initiatives
- Maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and milestone trackers
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, PMO, HR operations, or a related area
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Word
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
