Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Vendor Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize supply chain management software to support vendor management processes
• Facilitate the progression of vendor contracts through various stages of approval
• Collaborate with Legal, InfoSec, Privacy, and other teams to finalize agreements and fulfill compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational capabilities
• Intermediate knowledge of supply chain software and high-level understanding of contract language
