Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Workday Reporting Analyst II to analyze and interpret HR data for reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret data from Workday and related HR data sources to support reporting and business decisions
  • Design, build, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate reporting solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience with large databases and data management, or 1+ years in IT
  • Strong experience writing Workday reports
  • Familiarity with SQL/query languages and modern business intelligence tools
  • Knowledge of statistical and analytical techniques preferred
