Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Workday Reporting Analyst II to analyze and interpret HR data for reporting and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data from Workday and related HR data sources to support reporting and business decisions
- Design, build, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate reporting solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with large databases and data management, or 1+ years in IT
- Strong experience writing Workday reports
- Familiarity with SQL/query languages and modern business intelligence tools
- Knowledge of statistical and analytical techniques preferred
