Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRBP Director for a fully remote, 7-month contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Spotting opportunities through consultative, data-driven discovery efforts
• Partnering with executive clients to create durable, pro-active talent strategies
• Designing and deploying high-impact talent programs

Required Qualifications

• 14+ years of HRBP experience required
• Deep knowledge of product development organizations, including operating models and trends
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-ROI, business-first people programs
• Experience partnering with internal OE consultants and/or HCM strategy firms
• Background working within HRBP teams that build and drive functional talent strategies
