HRBP Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director HRBP- GTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to align organizational goals with people strategies
• Provide coaching on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management
• Lead employee relations matters and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with HRBP exposure
• Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong knowledge of HR disciplines including employee relations and organizational development
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships across a distributed workforce
• Experience in GTM environments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.)
