HRIS Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Administrator to manage and troubleshoot ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS systems in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS systems across payroll, benefits, time & attendance, and recruiting functions
• Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits across systems and integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure optimal functionality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience administering ADP Workforce Now
• Proficiency in using and administering iCIMS
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems, including payroll, benefits, and time & attendance functions
