Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Administrator responsible for managing and troubleshooting ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS systems in a fully-remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure ADP Workforce Now and iCIMS systems across payroll, benefits, time & attendance, and recruiting functions
- Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits across systems and integrations
- Generate and analyze reports from ADP and iCIMS to support compliance and strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience administering ADP Workforce Now
- Proficiency in using and administering iCIMS
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems, including payroll, benefits, and time & attendance functions
