Job Summary
Supporting the operational administration of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), the part-time HRIS Administrator will manage system codes, respond to HRIS tickets, and assist with data and access requests under direct supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Enters, updates, and audits system codes and tables to ensure compliance with HR processes
- Serves as the primary point of contact for HRIS tickets, addressing routine inquiries and escalating issues as necessary
- Runs and monitors scheduled interfaces between HRIS and connected systems, documenting issues and coordinating corrections with HR teams
Required qualifications
- Beginning to working knowledge of HR systems, system administration, or HR operations
- High school diploma with 0-2 years of related experience in HR, HRIS support, or administrative roles
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures
- Ability to manage multiple routine tasks in a fast-paced environment
