Job Summary

A company is looking for a HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a System Admin for HR Technology applications
  • Gather and document business requirements for configuration changes and reports
  • Create and maintain application workflows, reports, and queries

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of HR systems Configuration experience
  • Proficiency in UKG Core/payroll or iCIMS required; experience in Cognos BI preferred
  • Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence a plus
  • Knowledge of HR business processes and the employee lifecycle
