Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst (Workday).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and implement business processes and solutions in Workday to meet HR needs
- Produce documentation, assist in user training, and maintain data integrity within the system
- Partner with business leaders to optimize processes and manage testing efforts for Workday releases
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, analytics, or related field with 1-2 years of experience
- Working knowledge of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables and macros
- Experience in analyzing processes, systems, and data
- System implementation experience is preferred
