HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst (Workday).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement business processes and solutions in Workday to meet HR needs
• Produce documentation, assist in user training, and maintain data integrity within the system
• Partner with business leaders to optimize processes and manage testing efforts for Workday releases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, analytics, or related field with 1-2 years of experience
• Working knowledge of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables and macros
• Experience in analyzing processes, systems, and data
• System implementation experience is preferred
