Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst to provide support for HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 support for system issues and troubleshoot problems
- Perform audits on current data and assist with testing and quality assurance validation
- Support system maintenance, upgrades, and the implementation of new features
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior experience with Workday configuration preferred
- Strong technical abilities in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to use reporting tools and analyze data
- Strong initiative to learn and adapt to new technologies
