Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst to provide support for HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 2 support for system issues and troubleshoot problems
  • Perform audits on current data and assist with testing and quality assurance validation
  • Support system maintenance, upgrades, and the implementation of new features
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree plus one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience with Workday configuration preferred
  • Strong technical abilities in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to use reporting tools and analyze data
  • Strong initiative to learn and adapt to new technologies
