Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead HRIS projects including implementations and functionality enhancements
Develop and deliver training for new and existing HR systems
Provide ongoing support and create reports to meet HR business needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
3 years of HRIS experience, specifically with UKG Pro
Experience managing HRIS projects and process improvement initiatives
Business Intelligence experience required; UKG Pro People Analytics preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
