HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst I who will support the implementation and management of HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-users by answering questions and troubleshooting issues within various applications using ServiceNow
• Maintain and audit HRIS tables and set up systems access for new practitioners
• Perform data entry, audits, and assist with routine tasks including job aid development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience required
• 1 - 2 years HRIS or HR Practitioner experience preferred
• Previous experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing applications preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel required
• Previous use of UKG Workforce Dimensions or UKG Pro required
