Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of Human Resources Information Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and upgrades of HRIS modules, programs, and applications
- Configure, maintain, and support HR Systems, ensuring effective data management
- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with vendors and IT partners for resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of analyst experience supporting HRIS platforms in a medium to large organization
- Experience with workflow automation and case management tools
- Reporting experience and SQL knowledge preferred
- Experience with system implementations or major upgrades preferred
