Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst responsible for the administration, optimization, and support of Human Resources Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and upgrades of HRIS modules, programs, and applications
  • Configure, maintain, and support HR Systems, ensuring effective data management
  • Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with vendors and IT partners for resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of analyst experience supporting HRIS platforms in a medium to large organization
  • Experience with workflow automation and case management tools
  • Reporting experience and SQL knowledge preferred
  • Experience with system implementations or major upgrades preferred
