Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday functionality and manage day-to-day administration of HR systems
  • Act as the primary liaison to IT for system implementation, optimization, and testing of formal releases
  • Generate compliance reports and manage IT audit processes to maintain data integrity and security of the HRIS
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related HR or IT field or equivalent business experience
  • At least 5+ years of experience with HRIS/HCM platforms, including a minimum of 2 years with Workday
  • Experience managing HRIS security administration, system configuration, and report analytics
  • Strong familiarity with Google Suites and/or Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Experience delivering end-to-end Employee and Manager Self-Service functionality
