Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst (Remote) to support various HRIS functions and manage employee data changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process transactions for employee data changes, including promotions, salary adjustments, and terminations
- Perform regular HRIS data audits to ensure system accuracy and manage workflows and notifications
- Assist with employee data entry, system maintenance, and create process documentation for HRIS procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of human resources functional areas, including HRIS systems and payroll
- Strong experience with MS Office and familiarity with MS SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Experience with Costpoint/ADP/ICIMS or similar systems preferred
- Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams while maintaining confidentiality
