Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst (Remote) to support various HRIS functions and manage employee data changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions for employee data changes, including promotions, salary adjustments, and terminations
  • Perform regular HRIS data audits to ensure system accuracy and manage workflows and notifications
  • Assist with employee data entry, system maintenance, and create process documentation for HRIS procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience or equivalent experience
  • Basic knowledge of human resources functional areas, including HRIS systems and payroll
  • Strong experience with MS Office and familiarity with MS SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Experience with Costpoint/ADP/ICIMS or similar systems preferred
  • Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams while maintaining confidentiality
