HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst I to support their HRIS systems and enhance HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system maintenance, updates, and new feature implementation for the HRIS system
• Manage project execution from requirement gathering to user acceptance testing and training tool development
• Develop complex reports and conduct continuous improvement projects to optimize system performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Human Resources, or related field (equivalent experience may be substituted)
• 2+ years' experience in HRIS with progressive responsibilities; project leadership experience preferred
• Experience with UKGPro/WFM strongly preferred; familiarity with other HRIS systems is a plus
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and formulate recommendations
