Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst I to support their HRIS systems and enhance HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and new feature implementation for the HRIS system
- Manage project execution from requirement gathering to user acceptance testing and training tool development
- Develop complex reports and conduct continuous improvement projects to optimize system performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Human Resources, or related field (equivalent experience may be substituted)
- 2+ years' experience in HRIS with progressive responsibilities; project leadership experience preferred
- Experience with UKGPro/WFM strongly preferred; familiarity with other HRIS systems is a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and formulate recommendations
