HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to support its Human Resources Information Systems and related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver standard and ad hoc HRIS reports for stakeholders
• Analyze and interpret HR data to support business initiatives and projects
• Partner with HR and Payroll teams to optimize HRIS applications and maintain data integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR analytics, or related HR functions
• Strong technical aptitude with HRIS platforms and data management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems, including reporting and workflows
