Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support the iCIMS ATS and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity and user access management
  • Collaborate with HR teams to enhance recruiting workflows and automate HR processes
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to support business decisions and compliance


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of HRIS experience, including administration of iCIMS and UKG
  • Experience in the healthcare or home health industry is preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in iCIMS and familiarity with other HRIS platforms
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills, with knowledge of data visualization tools desirable
