HRIS Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst HRIS - Oracle Payroll Solutions Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the HRIS, including implementation, configuration, and data reporting
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide user training, documentation, and support for system enhancements and upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Biology coursework at the undergraduate level or above required; Anatomy and Physiology preferred
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience in the healthcare field may substitute for education
• At least 100 hours of work, volunteer, or shadowing experience in the healthcare field required
• Experience in a direct patient care environment preferred
