Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst HRIS to manage and optimize Human Resources Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure HRIS systems to meet business needs and generate data analytics reports
• Maintain data integrity and compliance with data security and privacy regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support system upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in information systems or a related field or equivalent experience required
• 2 years of relevant experience required
• Experience in implementation and/or maintenance of business systems preferred
• Kronos Workforce Dimensions certification a plus, or willingness to obtain
• Oracle Cloud Certification a plus, or willingness to obtain
