Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst-Dayforce.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and optimize the Dayforce HRIS platform and oversee HR service delivery
Collaborate with HR leadership to identify process improvements and enhance user experience
Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in HRIS configuration, implementation, and management
Experience with Dayforce is required; experience with iCims is a plus
Proven track record in managing HR systems and service delivery
High degree of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive information
