Job Summary

A company is looking for a HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Own the stability, optimization, and enhancement of HR systems
Act as the primary point of contact for Ultipro/UKG WFM configuration and issues
Lead HRIS Workforce Manager projects and manage Tier 3 Ultipro/UKG requests

Required Qualifications

5 to 10 years of experience in HRIS or related field
Strong understanding of HR/payroll systems
Experience with Ultipro/UKG WFM
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Experience in data analysis and process improvement
